The best time to go to the gym though is during your lunch hour or after work when there are fewer people around.
In the city, you can find a gym at the grocery store, gym class at work, or even just on the way home from the gym at your local mall. If you choose to go to the gym on the way home, it can actually save you money. Going to the gym during your lunch hour is also a good idea. This is because it’s so crowded that you dont have time to grab a bite to eat.
If you are a gym-goer, there are many types of gyms and the best ones will have food and drinks, so in that case, you can go to the gym on your way home from work.
The gym at the grocery store is great, but it can cost you a bit more and is more likely to be a full-blown gym where you spend the whole hour in a full-body class. If you can do that, you can also go to class and do a full-body class (in that order). Of course, you will pay an extra $5 per class, but you will save $8 to $10. So if you can go from one class to another, you can save about $10 per class.
