I have ever been a part of, and it is certainly a movement that is growing. A lot of people believe that the way to heal your body is through exercise. But in reality, exercise is not the cure-all. When you exercise, you only really do it for a short period of time. But you also need to eat good food to get your body to work as efficiently as possible.
The LHI does a lot of good for people through workshops, nutrition workshops, and other types of workshops. But like anything else, there are also a few bad bits and a lot of good things, so it’s important to keep an open mind. As a therapist, I was lucky enough to be able to spend my childhood learning about the healing process from my parents and grandparents.
If you have a chronic illness or chronic medical condition, you can likely benefit from the LHI, which is why I think it’s worth mentioning. But you also need to eat right, exercise properly, and do a lot of other things to keep your body functioning like a well-oiled machine. Also, the LHI is not a cure-all. I personally think that it can only help you if you have a problem that is not fixable.
It’s possible that the LHI can be used to teach you how to improve your health and prevent the LHI, but that’s not a real cure. You are at a health risk and your health has been damaged, and you are not really concerned about your health.

The idea of LHI is that you take your health into your own hands, and try to fix it yourself if you can’t. Like most things, you have to start small.
