I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve gotten into a rut and I’ve had to do a little self-analysis to see if I’m doing something wrong. A couple of weeks ago I decided to make a decision about my lifestyle. And I found myself doing something that I had never done before: I went on a diet.

And start boiling water, you will eventually come to understand. That the one thing that most of the recipe calls for is water. But the best way to get used to it is to just make it for yourself and start drinking it regularly.
